The product: The Adaptivv All Season Fund is an alternative investment fund established under the laws of the Principality of Liechtenstein in the legal form of a collective trusteeship. It is managed by LLB Fund Services AG, Äulestrasse 76, 9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein, with Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG, Städtle 44, 9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein, acting as depositary.
Cost explanation: The Fund bears portfolio-management, administration, depositary, audit, service and other operating expenses. The maximum portfolio-management fee is 0.95% per annum for each unit class. In addition, the Fund may bear a maximum administration fee of 0.25% plus up to CHF 30,000, a maximum service fee of CHF 2,500 per annum, transaction costs, taxes and other expenses specified in the Fund documents.
A performance fee may also apply. The maximum performance-fee rates are 15% for unit class RAT-UU, 5% for unit class SBT-UU and 10% for unit classes IAT-HC, IAT-HE and IAT-UU. The performance fee is subject to an all-time high-water-mark mechanism and has no hurdle rate.
