The product. The Adaptivv All Season Fund is a collective investment scheme established under the laws of the Principality of Liechtenstein, managed by LLB Fund Services AG, Äulestrasse 80, 9490 Vaduz, Lichtenstein, with Liechtensteinische Landesbank AG as depositary. Ongoing charges comprise the management fee and the administration, depositary, audit and other operating costs borne by the Fund. They exclude the performance fee and portfolio transaction costs.

Switzerland. The Fund has not been approved by FINMA for offering to non-qualified investors in Switzerland. In or from Switzerland, units of the Fund may be offered and advertised exclusively to qualified investors within the meaning of Art. 10 para. 3 CISA. No representative and no paying agent have been appointed in Switzerland. Units may therefore not be offered to high-net-worth retail clients who have declared that they wish to be treated as professional clients under Art. 5 para. 1 FinSA.

Liechtenstein. The Fund is [notified / authorised] for marketing in Liechtenstein to professional investors within the meaning of Annex II of Directive 2014/65/EU. It may not be marketed to retail investors in Liechtenstein.

Other jurisdictions. No marketing notification has been made for the Fund in any other EEA member state, and no action has been or will be taken to permit an offering of the Fund or the distribution of offering material in any other jurisdiction where such action would be required. This page is not directed at, and the Fund may not be offered or sold to, persons in the United States or to or for the account or benefit of US persons as defined in Regulation S, nor to persons in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong or Singapore. Termination of marketing. the LLB Fund Services AG may at any time decide to terminate the arrangements made for the marketing of the Fund in accordance with [Art. 116a AIFMG / Art. 98a UCITSG].
